Vanity
I believe that we must fundamentally foster within ourselves our ego.
we need to be vain. we need to believe that we won't always be beaten down.
we must believe in the beauty both within us and even in our appearance.
we must believe that our art is, not only worthwhile, but worth being remembered.
we must hold our head high, because no one else will hold it for us.
Hubris is the seasoning life necessitates.
exercising to eat, eating to exercise

you might consider it hedonistic, but I really do enjoy to consume and to spend that which I consumed.
I go to the gym twice a week, and even back in Portugal I've always been into long distance running. I adoreeeee going on long walks, especially with company.
I've been trying to get more into strength training for my ageing joints, and my muscles overall.
becoming more muscular has been very interesting. the gender euphoria tied to staying feminine while I do it is fascinating.
I've always been the type to like taking care of people, and getting very in shape has really coallesced my identity around it a bit.
I'm gonna start updating this page with my more organised work outs and selfies once a week.
you'll keep me honest, won't you? ୧( ˵ ° ~ ° ˵ )୨
